Position: German Speaking Marketing and Sales Manager - DACH Region
Salary: £40-£45K, commensurate with experience
Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid, 2-3 days in the office)
Nicholas Associates has an excellent opportunity for a German Speaking Marketing & Sales Manager, to join an innovative & award-winning tech client in Warwickshire. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team of talented individuals, within a supportive team culture.
You will be responsible for helping to grow our client's business across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll combine marketing, sales and commercial thinking to drive growth across the DACH region. Working closely with the global Marketing and Sales teams, you'll become the voice of the DACH market, helping our client to understand customers, identify opportunities and execute activities that generate awareness, engagement and revenue.
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships and turning ideas into action in a fast-paced, growing business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of the DACH market, including customer needs, competitors and market opportunities.
- Help shape and deliver regional growth plans.
- Act as the key point of contact for DACH within the business.
- Work with the global Marketing team to localise campaigns and content for the DACH market.
- Support the planning and delivery of digital marketing activity, email campaigns, website content and product launches.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and lead generation.
- Develop relationships with customers and key accounts across the region.
- Support sales opportunities and help drive revenue growth.
- Gather customer feedback and market insight to help improve our products and messaging.
- Represent our client at trade shows and industry events across DACH.
- Build relationships with customers, industry organisations and other key contacts.
- Help identify opportunities to increase brand awareness within the region.
- Monitor regional performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Share market feedback and commercial insights with colleagues across the business.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a marketing, sales or commercial role.
- Strong understanding of the DACH market.
- Fluent German and excellent written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working across both marketing and sales activities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded, proactive and happy working in a fast-moving SME environment.
