Gift Shop Assistant
We are seeking to recruit staff for full/part-time roles for the season (up to 40 hours), there is also the possibility of weekend and school holiday work during the winter.
The Gift Shop Assistant role involves:
- Greeting and serving customers
- Taking payments
- Operating tills
- Carrying out the opening and closing procedures
- Maintaining a clean, attractive environment
- Monitoring stock levels
- Displaying stock effectively

The ideal candidate would have some retail or customer care experience and a flair for displays.
About the Role
As a member of the park staff you could be involved in more than one department due to the diverse nature of the Park, however personal preferences can be taken into account. The other roles could involve working in the entrance kiosk, catering, rides, and play areas.
The position would suit a variety of people from students to the semi-retired. It is important to enjoy working with the general public and in a team.

Requirements
- Applicants must be 17 years or over.
- You must be willing to have a DBS (former CRB) check.
