Hours: Evening sessions (September - June)

Norwich City Football Development is looking for passionate and committed coaches to work in our Girls Development Centres. You’ll deliver high-quality sessions, inspire young players, and play a vital role in identifying talent for the Norwich City Women’s pathway.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver age-appropriate coaching for girls aged 6-16
- Foster an environment that encourages confidence, skill development, and enjoyment
- Work closely with coordinators to spot and recommend talented players
- Promote the women’s and girls’ game in your local area
What We’re Looking For:
- FA Level 1 or 2 / UEFA C (UEFA B desirable)
- FA Safeguarding & Emergency Aid qualifications (or willingness to complete)
- Coaches who are passionate about the development of female football
