Welcome to Eficode!
We are building the future of software development - specialising in AI, Security, Cloud, DevOps, Agile, and Enterprise Service Management. We’re passionate about sharing our knowledge, not just within our teams, but with the community around us as well. We invest heavily in our people, whether through conferences, training, or other growth opportunities. We believe that with the right tools and mindset, anything is possible.
About The Role
As our GitHub Solutions Architect, you will be driving the adoption of enterprise-grade GitHub platforms. You will own the end-to-end design and implementation of secure, scalable development workflows for some of the most influential organizations in the Nordics. You will act as an advisor, bridging the gap between high-level business requirements and hands-on technical excellence.
What you’ll accomplish
- Architect the future: Design enterprise-grade GitHub architectures that align with complex business, security, and regulatory requirements
- Lead global transformations: Guide customers through complex transitions from platforms like Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Technical mentorship: Elevating the standards of our GitHub practice by mentoring consultants and sharing knowledge internally.
- Strategic advisory: Conducting maturity assessments and defining adoption roadmaps for executive and technical stakeholders.
- Advancing security: Implementing DevSecOps principles and advanced security controls, including GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS).
Who we are looking for
To thrive in this role, you need more than deep engineering roots: you also need a business-first mindset and a consultative heart.
Consultative and business mindset
- Strategic advisory: You can translate business needs into sustainable technical solutions.
- Commercial awareness: You look beyond delivery to identify growth opportunities and help shape scalable consulting offerings.
- Pre-sales fluency: You are comfortable working with the sales team and leading technical conversations to win client trust.
- Technical mentorship: You enjoy elevating others by sharing knowledge and defining technical standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
