GKA Analytics Partner – Advanced Analytics, Data & AI (ADA) Team

Main Purpose of the Position / Key Expectations
We are currently seeking a GKA Analytics Partner to join our Advanced Analytics, Data & AI (ADA) Team. The role involves serving as the ‘vital link and business enabler’ between BI & AI capabilities and their business objectives, delivering concrete value to the business.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the shaping force behind ISS global progress, leveraging accurate reports, customer insights, and external benchmarks
- Instilling a strong data culture across our key accounts
- Driving account objectives within the analytics space
What You’ll Do
Strategic & Operational Responsibilities
- Develop Analytics & Data Programs – Ensure stakeholders can effectively interpret and utilize data for decision-making and performance improvement
- Lead benchmarking projects – Collaborate with business teams to generate actionable insights from data
- Ensure Data Quality & Accuracy – Support benchmarking, KPI assessment, and quarterly management fee-at-risk reporting
- Own account Master Data – Garner comprehensive and accurate data governance
- Develop account Analytics & Data Roadmap – Align data strategy with business needs

Organisational Development
- Promote Data Literacy – Train and upskill staff across all levels of the organization
- Construct account Systems Roadmap – Enhance digital capabilities in alignment with account value propositions
- Drive global alignment & governance – Ensure consistency in business systems usage and analytics adoption
Project & Client Management
- Translate ISS Technical Vision – Work with clients and senior leadership to execute actionable digital plans
- End-to-end project management – Deliver comprehensive analytics solutions
Who You’ll Work With
- Global BI Analysts and peers across the ADA Team
- System Owners, account stakeholders, and leadership
- Customer teams (Collaborative, client-facing engagements)
Key Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in Business Intelligence Reporting / Data Analysis (on-the-job experience valued)
- Proficient with Tableau or similar tools like PowerBI
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating with global clients & international stakeholders
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferable, not mandatory) in Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields
- Facilities Management industry experience (preferred but not essential)
