Team: Advanced Analytics, Data & AI (ADA)
Main Purpose of the Position
We are currently looking for a GKA Analytics Partner to join our Advanced Analytics, Data & AI (ADA) Team. You will act as the ‘vital link and business enabler’ between BI & AI capabilities/solution and its business objectives—delivering concrete value to the business.
Key Expectations
- Shape the ISS world through data: Play a pivotal role in instilling the right data culture across global key accounts.
- Drive progress: Accurate reporting for corporate, customers, and external benchmarks. Contribute to achieving ISS group-wide business targets.
Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

Data Strategy & Program Development:
- Implement Analytics & Data programs to enable stakeholders in data-driven decision-making.
- Develop account-specific Data Roadmaps and Systems Roadmaps to align technology with business needs.

Benchmarking & Insights:
- Lead benchmarking projects generating actionable business insights through data.

Data Governance & Quality:
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across Master Data, KPI assessment, and quarterly management fee-at-risk reporting.

Data Literacy & Adoption:
- Lead initiatives to enhance Data Literacy across all organisational levels.
- Expand adoption of business systems and their site-based application while maintaining global alignment and governance.

Collaborative Planning:
- Translate digital vision, strategy, and roadmaps into actionable plans with ISS leadership, customers, and clients.

Project Management:
- Own and manage projects from start to finish.
Who You’ll Work With
- Global BI Analysts
- System and account ownership teams
- Key Account Directors
- Operational Performance Leads, Service Leads, Country Leads, and Site Leads
- Customer stakeholders (client-facing engagement)
Key Qualifications & Criteria
Professional Experience
-
3–5 years of proven experience in:
- Business Intelligence reporting/Data Analysis
- Experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI desired.

Understanding of client relationships (collaborating with Global Clients/ International Stakeholders).

Working in a Facility Management/Workplace Services environment preferred (additional advantage).

Pixel-perfect reporting skills, attention to detail, and conceptual thinking to design and deliver actionable reports.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Not mandatory but preferred.
