We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager – PC Visuals to drive Lenovo’s growth in the monitors and display segment across EMEA Global Accounts. This role is responsible for expanding our market share in PC visuals, building strong customer relationships, and executing strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and margin goals. You will collaborate closely with product management, marketing, and cross-functional teams to maximize visibility, deliver best-in-class solutions, and grow Lenovo’s leadership in the monitor market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets in the PC visuals (monitors) segment.
  • Lead competitive acquisition strategies to win new opportunities in global accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product management to strengthen brand visibility, campaigns, and promotions for monitors across EMEA.
  • Manage the product lifecycle for monitors, aligning with product management and customers to ensure successful adoption.
  • Build and expand relationships with strategic global accounts, driving long-term business growth in monitors.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Finance, and GSC to deliver seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Drive both Direct and Indirect sales motions to accelerate monitor adoption among end customers.
  • Develop new customer relationships and sales channels while growing existing accounts.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally with proven success in PC monitors or display solutions.
  • Strong understanding of global account management and enterprise-level sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide market insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
