Role Overview
As a Global Agency Partnership Director based in the UK, you will lead and scale strategic relationships with major global agency holding companies and brands. You will be responsible for driving the adoption of Silverpush’s AI-driven ad-tech solutions, unlocking multi-market revenue opportunities, and ensuring our global partners experience the full value of our technology and content intelligence. This role blends global commercial leadership, strategic partnership development, and ad-tech consulting, with a primary focus on strengthening Silverpush’s presence across top-tier global agencies and advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand senior-level relationships across global agency groups and priority clients, positioning Silverpush as a trusted global ad-tech partner.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that align Silverpush’s AI capabilities with global agency and client objectives.
- Drive global adoption of Silverpush’s AI-powered contextual solutions, focusing on video intelligence and privacy-safe targeting across international markets.
- Partner with global product and operations teams to ensure seamless multi-market execution and measurable outcomes for partners.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across EMEA and global agency networks to shape a scalable commercial roadmap.
- Provide thought leadership on privacy-safe advertising and global ad-tech trends to senior agency stakeholders.
- Facilitate global enablement through workshops and strategic training programmes to deepen the usage of Silverpush tools within global holding companies.
- Represent Silverpush in senior global forums, strategic planning sessions, and global QBRs.

What You Bring
- Proven track record in digital media, ad-tech, or global agency leadership roles (8-10+ years preferred).
- Deep understanding of global agency ecosystems, contextual advertising, and AI-driven media.
- Extensive network of senior stakeholders across global agency holding companies and international brands.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing global revenue targets and partnership expansion.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ad-tech value propositions to global executives.
- Cultivate and lead high-level strategic partnerships, leveraging strong direct client relationships to spearhead commercial growth, drive market influence, and deliver long-term business value.
- A collaborative, strategic mindset with the ability to lead cross-border initiatives in a high-growth environment.
