Global Alliance Lead

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity.

With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.

About the Fusion of Fivetran and dbt Labs

Fivetran and dbt Labs have combined two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock insights and drive value from their data. Together we deliver the data infrastructure layer that enables organisations to:

  • Move and govern data seamlessly
  • Transform it into reliable insights
  • Trust it in analytics, AI, and decision-making pipelines

Our Vision

We automate data movement across an organisation’s core systems, data clouds, and analytics engines. We pioneer analytics engineering by helping teams ensure governed, production-ready insights via dbt. As a combined company, we power thousands of organisations with a trusted data infrastructure.

As we merge Fivetran and dbt Labs, we leverage the strengths of both. This is an exciting time to join—building a scalable, talent-driven NewCo with bold ambition: to enable more organisations to harness data with speed, accuracy, and impact. During the transition, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
