Salary: Competitive Salary + Benefits
Location & Working Model: Hybrid Working 3 days in Office in Bedfordshire and 2 days from home weekly.

Due to significant investment across ecommerce, digital marketing and direct-to-consumer growth channels, our client is creating an opportunity for an experienced Global Amazon Account Manager to take ownership of its international Amazon operation. This role has been created as part of an ambitious growth strategy focused on accelerating marketplace performance across multiple territories, delivering profitable expansion and unlocking new opportunities across both Vendor and Seller models.
Our client is a highly successful international consumer brand business with a portfolio of market-leading products sold across retail, distribution and ecommerce channels in more than 40 countries worldwide. With decades of heritage, a strong innovation pipeline and substantial investment planned over the coming years, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth and Amazon is absolutely a key growth driver in this. The Global Amazon Account Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping marketplace strategy, driving commercial performance and influencing the future direction of a strategically important revenue channel.
The Global Amazon Account Manager will own the global Amazon strategy across the UK, Europe and North America, taking responsibility for commercial delivery, marketplace optimisation and long-term growth planning. Working closely with commercial, brand, supply chain and product teams, the Global Amazon Account Manager will combine strategic leadership with hands-on marketplace expertise to maximise sales, profitability and operational efficiency.

The Global Amazon Account Manager will:
- Own the global Amazon P&L, setting budgets, KPIs and long-term growth strategies
- Drive profitable growth across Seller Central and Vendor Central operations
- Lead the expansion of European marketplace activity through PAN-EU growth initiatives
- Develop commercial plans across the UK, EU and US marketplaces to optimise profitability
- Build and maintain senior relationships with Amazon teams, including Vendor Managers and AVS contacts
The Role Requires:
- Creation and execution of marketplace trading strategies supported by detailed performance analysis
- Ownership of content optimisation including listings, A+ content, Brand Story and keyword performance
- Management of advertising activity across Sponsored Products and Display campaigns
- Delivery of forecasting and inventory planning processes to maximise availability and minimise risk
- Monitoring competitor activity and identifying opportunities for product development and commercial growth
Essential Skills
The Global Amazon Account Manager will demonstrate:
- Great experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts
- Proven ownership of an Amazon P&L with responsibility for significant revenue growth
- Strong commercial and analytical capabilities with a data-led approach to decision making
- Experience managing FBA, FBM, Vendor, FOB and drop-ship trading models
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Preferred Experience
The role requires:
- Experience using Helium 10, Pacvue, DataHawk, Perpetua or similar marketplace analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of Amazon advertising performance metrics including ROAS, ACOS and TACOS
- Expertise in SEO, conversion rate optimisation and product listing enhancement
- Knowledge of inventory forecasting and marketplace supply chain management
- Familiarity with international Amazon expansion strategies and localisation programmes
