About the Role
You’ll join our exciting Global Merchandising team, taking a key role in ensuring we deliver the optimal product range for our global partners. Your responsibilities will focus on:
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed analysis, forecasting, and allocation management to optimise our product range.
- Conduct regular sales and stock reviews using WSSI (Weekly Storage and Sales Information) and Line Projections, recommending strategic actions to the team.
- Ensure accurate intake management to maximise sales potential and align with business goals.
- Closely collaborate with merchandising, buying, and wider teams to:
- Manage weekly to-do lists and ensure trade actions are implemented.
- Monitor distribution plans and make sure they are followed.
- Drive sale, promotion, and price change strategies while tracking their impact on intake margin, gross margin, and profitability.
- Proactively identify opportunities and risks to profit and recommend appropriate actions.
- Stay updated on market trends and how they influence business performance.
- Act as an active voice in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to decision-making.

About You
Essential Requirements
✅ Excel expertise – Must be confident in advanced Excel functions. ✅ Commercial mindset – Strong understanding of customer and brand dynamics. ✅ Allocation and stock management experience – Ability to optimise inventory. ✅ Familiarity with WSSI, line cards, and forecasting – Hands-on experience in retail data analysis. ✅ Accountability & leadership – Confidence in deputising for merchandisers and taking ownership. ✅ Profit-focused mindset – Ability to detect and address risks affecting business performance. ✅ Market awareness – Keen sense of trends, customer preferences, and retail dynamics. ✅ Assertive communicator – Willingness to share opinions and contribute to strategic discussions.
