About the Role

Join our Global Merchandising team to play a pivotal role in ensuring we deliver the best range possible for our global partners through detailed analysis, accurate forecasting, and allocation management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting weekly sales and stock reviews using WSSI (Weekly Sales and Stock Information) and line projections to recommend actionable strategies.
  • Collaborating closely with merchandising, buying, and trade teams to manage to-do lists, execute trade actions, and align distribution plans.
  • Tracking sale promotions and price changes, analyzing their impact on intake margin, gross margin, and overall profitability.
  • Taking ownership when acting as a deputy for Merchandisers in their absence.

Contract: 1 Year Fixed-Term Contract (FTC).


About You

We are looking for candidates who can bring the following to the role:

  • Excel proficiency – Must be comfortable with detailed data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Commercial acumen – Strong understanding of customer needs and brand positioning.
  • Allocation and stock management expertise – Hands-on experience with inventory planning.
  • WSSI familiarity – Experience updating line cards, WSSI, forecasting, and stock management tools.
  • Ownership and confidence – Ability to identify profit opportunities/risks and take independent action.
  • Trend awareness – Keeps up with market trends and their impact on business performance.
  • Passion for the product – True appreciation of footwear/accessory trends.
  • Team engagement – Willingness to speak up in meetings, contribute opinions, and collaborate actively.
