We are currently recruiting a Global Automation and IT System Specialist to join our IT team.
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Kenya, Pakistan, Jordan, UK and France.

About the Opportunity
The Global Automation and IT System Specialist is a key technical expert within Relief International’s global IT function, responsible for transforming business processes through automation and digital solutions. Working closely with global support teams, country offices and cross-functional working groups, you will drive automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform technologies while also supporting SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and core IT systems administration. Approximately 60% of the role focuses on automation, reporting and digital transformation, with the remaining 40% dedicated to broader IT systems support.

Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain automated business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps and related technologies to improve organizational efficiency.
- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports and data solutions that support decision-making across multiple departments.
- Lead the administration, support and migration of business processes from Smartsheet to the Microsoft Power Platform environment.
- Administer and support SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online and integrated workflow solutions.
- Support global IT operations, including Azure/Entra ID administration, user access management, systems infrastructure support, user training and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
You will bring the following experience and skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing robotic process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate within enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Fx, Dataverse, Power BI, SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience supporting IT infrastructure, cloud-based platforms, user administration and systems integration.
- Experience working with Smartsheet, Azure DevOps and business process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
- Professional fluency in English is essential. Microsoft Power Automate RPA certifications and knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies are desirable.
