This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office.

You will lead client teams for some of Aon’s largest and most prestigious accounts, working in the Health Solutions for Multinationals team.
Key Responsibilities
Client Collaboration and Strategy
- Lead strategic discussions with clients, leveraging Aon’s global expertise.
- Take a lead role in cross-disciplinary new business pitches.
- Accountable for high-quality global delivery of services to clients.
Account Management
- Lead multiple client account teams, fulfilling a highly visible client-facing role.
- Ensure consistent excellence in client deliverables worldwide.
- Monitor performance across client portfolios and provide leadership feedback for continuous improvement.

Team and Budgetary Leadership
- Manage client-related budgets, coordinating with global consultant teams.

Relationship Enhancement
- Build key Aon network relationships to facilitate global consulting delivery.

Required Skills and Experience
Minimum Criteria
- 10+ years of experience in complex multi-country employee benefits projects, including:
- Consulting across benefits spectrum (e.g., corporate transactions, governance, finance).
- Proven success in long-term client relationship building.
- Stakeholder management, addressing needs of clients, colleagues, and senior leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of global employee benefits, governance, and management.
Key Technical Proficiencies
- Expertise in retirement, risk, and medical benefits structures.
- Payroll/HR, finance/pensions, flexible benefits familiarity.
- Analytical problem-solving to resolve complex issues.
Leadership and Operational Fit
- Results-driven with track record achieving standards in demanding environments.
- Proven ability to prioritise, align resources, and meet deadlines under pressure.
