Marketing

Marketing is at the heart of Vestacy. We design and deliver distinctive brand experiences that fuel category growth and create a positive impact on society. Our global teams lead brand strategy, guardianship, and innovation, while local teams bring those plans to life in partnership with Sales. Media and digital expertise run throughout the organization, ensuring we measure both business and societal impact.

About the role

Join one of the world’s leading home fragrance brands and play a key role in shaping its future.

As a Global Brand Manager for Air Wick, you’ll lead the development of consumer-led innovations to delight our shopper’s noses around the region. From identifying emerging trends and uncovering consumer insights to bringing breakthrough products to market, you’ll own the innovation projects from concept through to launch.

This is a highly visible role with significant exposure across the business. You’ll collaborate with teams across Marketing, R&D, Design, Consumer Insights, Supply, Finance, Legal, Regulatory & Local Markets to build the next generation of Air Wick innovations. If you are naturally curious, commercially minded, and love turning ideas into reality, we would love to hear from you!

Your responsibilities

  • Lead global innovation projects end-to-end, from identifying opportunities through to successful market launch.
  • Stay ahead of consumer trends and fragrance innovation to identify future growth opportunities.
  • Translate consumer insights, category trends, and market opportunities into a strong pipeline of innovation.
  • Develop compelling product concepts, positioning, and brand stories that drive growth.
  • Build business cases and present innovation strategies to senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with R&D, Packaging, Design, Supply, Consumer Insights, Finance, Regulatory, and Legal to deliver innovation projects on time.
  • Brief and manage external agencies to deliver outstanding and on-brand packaging assets.
  • Track project timelines, risks, and critical milestones, ensuring projects remain on schedule.
  • Build strong relationships with local marketing teams, gathering market feedback, and ensuring innovations meet local consumer needs while maintaining a consistent global brand vision.
  • Partner with the local markets to monitor post-launch performance and identify opportunities to strengthen future innovation.

The experience we're looking for

  • 4+ years’ experience in brand or FMCG marketing.
  • Experience leading innovation or NPD projects from concept to launch.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into clear actions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative approach and confidence working across diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Naturally curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
