Global Brand Manager

Are you passionate about building iconic brands and bringing innovative products to market? We are looking for a commercially-minded and consumer-focused Global Brand Manager to join our Winsor & Newton Global Brand team.

Location: White City, West London

Salary range: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Benefits: Pension scheme, life insurance, employee assistance programme, 25 days annual leave, Colart product discounts and hybrid working

Reports to: Global Head of Portfolio

Your Role as Global Brand Manager

Since 1832, Winsor & Newton has combined artistic insight with scientific expertise to create world-class art materials. As Global Brand Manager, you will play a key role in delivering innovation and renovation projects across the portfolio, taking ideas from concept through to successful global launch.

Working closely with cross-functional teams and local markets, you will identify consumer opportunities, develop compelling propositions and ensure excellence in product and brand execution.

We are looking for someone who thinks like both an artist and a scientist: someone who combines artist empathy with commercial rigour and is motivated by a simple purpose — to help artists everywhere feel in colour.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
