Designer Parfums is a fast-growing, dynamic global fragrance company in the perfume & cosmetics industry, with a UK base in London and international ambition, with active business in around 70 markets.

JOB PURPOSE
A rare opportunity to play an integral part in the creation of a truly iconic brand. You will work on exciting projects ranging from NPD to creating global campaigns to launching new collections of fragrances.
The role will suit someone who has hands-on experience of operational tasks, good knowledge of what a selective / niche brand entails, exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, and a desire to get involved in operational and creative / brand development projects. The GBM will also require good communication and collaboration skills, as there will be interaction with other departments. Most importantly, they’ll be passionate about gaining hands-on experience of Brand Management and delivering an exceptional project / products in an iconic new fragrance brand.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full lifecycle of innovation projects, including the launch of new fragrances, from initial fragrance selection to final artwork/design, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and in full (OTIF).
- Oversee the implementation of comprehensive communication strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and market trends.
- Manage and refine the social media strategy, encompassing influencer partnerships, paid and organic reach, content creation, and community engagement, to maximize brand presence and consumer interaction.
- Conduct and analyse consumer trend studies to inform the development of new concepts, future launches, and the optimization of marketing campaign performance.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to track marketing campaign performance (sell out Vs in store and media investments).
- Translate strategic objectives into detailed, actionable plans that outperform competitors and drive market share growth.
- Guide agency partners to produce innovative concepts, communications, and assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage operational aspects, including budget oversight, licensor approvals, and the maintenance of key brand management tools such as the Designer Parfums Cloud.
- Ensure the brand's presence is consistently represented across key online retailers, adhering to the latest brand guidelines and utilizing updated assets.
- Coordinate and prepare for critical meetings, including the development of presentations, product prototypes, fragrance lab samples, and display materials. In some cases, present the brand to internal or external partners, demonstrating an ability to adapt the way you present to appeal to the recipient.
- Cultivate and maintain a strong, productive relationship with the licensor, acting as a key point of contact and brand ambassador.

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Marketing or Business
- 4+ years in Marketing, preferably in fragrance or beauty with experience of NP
- Experience in social media and digital marketing
- Proactive and collaborative, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly autonomous and resourceful with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Creative, with a passion for design and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent project management skills and ability to adapt fluidly to ever-changing priorities
