Business Context and Job Summary
Dove is Unilever’s largest brand and is central to our Personal Care and Beauty & Wellbeing businesses. Over the past decade, Dove has grown consistently, driven by its strong purpose and commitment to superior care. Dove Deodorants, the top female deodorant brand globally, pioneers care in deodorants. While the business is more developed in the Western parts of the world, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to reframe the Deodarants category for Dove Personal Care, with a focus on Asia. This region is crucial to our success, and we have ambitious growth plans to expand our market share and penetration while future fitting the brand. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic thinker with strong leadership, mix creation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. You will be expected to influence senior decision-makers, collaborate across global markets, and translate strategy into strong profitable mixes that shape the brand’s trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
The key strategic thrust is to reframe the deodorant category in Asia to be more beauty first (enhancement, good to great) as opposed to anti-odour and sweat protection. With that in mind, the following would be the key responsibilities in this role.
- Lead & build for Deodorants Asia, stewarding the long-term vision for these platforms and developing a destination portfolio and long-term innovation roadmap to deliver it
- Develop world class consumer understanding and category insights to fuel breakthrough innovation ideas and communication campaigns
- Develop delightful and highly desirable beauty mixes able to premiumize the brand and reframe the deodorants category, with a focus on Asia and taking the knowladge to western mixes as well.
- Effectively lead and collaborate with a diverse cross-functional team (BU, CMI, R&D, Finance, SC) to ensure the OTIF delivery of projects.
- Effectively manage a network of agencies and partners to unlock creativity and efficiency to land projects with speed and with success
- Work closely with Asian business leaders to help identify, evaluate and execute projects
- Hold close relations with India´s BG team to maintain synergies while crafting when needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
