Our client is a dynamic global FMCG business with a portfolio of well-established household name brands, combining heritage brand strength with entrepreneurial energy and a commitment to continuous learning and creating opportunities for its employees. With a new and ambitious growth plan, and team of blue-chip trained marketers, it is seeking an experienced, commercially-savvy GLOBAL BRAND MANAGER to take on an ambitious remit to drive one its key brands. ๐ฆ Position Overview
In this challenging role, you'll drive end-to-end innovation projects having identified clear and realistic consumer opportunities - developing compelling product concepts, and bringing them to market successfully. You'll translate consumer insights and category trends into a strong pipeline of growth opportunities, working with local marketing teams across multiple regions to ensure innovations meet consumer needs whilst maintaining a consistent global brand vision. This role is central to the company's strategy, requiring you to balance commercial rigour with creative thinking and influence stakeholders at all levels.

๐ What youโll be doing from Day 1
- Leading global innovation projects end-to-end, from identifying market opportunities through to successful product launch and post-launch analysis
- Staying ahead of consumer trends and category innovation to identify future growth opportunities and emerging market needs
- Developing strong product positionings, brand stories and business cases that drive commercial growth and resonate with consumers
- Presenting innovation strategies and recommendations to senior stakeholders, demonstrating clear commercial rationale and market potential
- Collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, packaging, design, supply, consumer insights, finance, regulatory and legal teams to deliver projects on schedule
- Briefing and managing external agencies to create outstanding, on-brand packaging assets and marketing materials
- Tracking project timelines, risks and critical milestones, ensuring accountability and on-time delivery across all initiatives
- Building strong relationships with local marketing teams, gathering market feedback and ensuring global innovations meet regional consumer needs

๐ What we are looking for
- Minimum 4-6 years' robust FMCG brand management and innovation experience
- Proven experience leading innovation and renovation [NPD/EPD] projects from concept to launch
- Proven track record of delivering growth and managing P&L responsibility
- Strong experience in brand strategy, innovation development and integrated communications
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex timelines
- Collaborative approach and confidence working across diverse teams in a matrix environment
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and consumer & shopper insights
- Results-driven with ability to navigate ambiguity at speed
- Collaborative, curious, proactive, resilient and adaptable approach
- Robust academic background to degree level
