Global Business Development Lead

A senior business development leader responsible for shaping and executing the global Financial Services strategy across regions, practices, and priority client portfolios. Working closely with industry leadership, partners, and business services teams, the role drives revenue growth, client development, market positioning, and strategic alignment across the Financial Services sector. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve the global Financial Services growth strategy, driving client portfolio expansion and revenue growth.
  • Lead business development initiatives across Financial Services and related practice areas, fostering cross-practice and cross-regional collaboration.
  • Coordinate industry leadership teams and key stakeholders to deliver strategic objectives and market-leading client outcomes.
  • Drive implementation of strategic priorities, ensuring adoption across priority client and industry teams.
  • Lead Financial Institutions and Regulatory (FFR) business development efforts across EMEA and the US, supporting market leadership and strategic alignment.
  • Oversee strategic planning and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with broader firm and industry objectives.
  • Champion innovation, commercial excellence, and best-practice business development approaches.

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years' business development experience within professional services.
  • Deep expertise and network within the Financial Services sector.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute complex growth strategies.
  • Strong leadership experience managing major initiatives and high-performing teams.
  • Commercially astute with a track record of driving revenue and market growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and partners.
  • Strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
