We celebrate differences and encourage BANDmates to be their authentic selves. #jointheband What We Are Looking For: As a Global Business Development Representative with a focus on channel, you will play a crucial role in driving growth through our partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with channel partners, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance our channel practice. Your primary goal will be to support our partners in identifying new business opportunities and co-selling our products and services effectively, ultimately leading to increased revenue and market penetration What You'll Do: Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with our channel partners, driving the initial contact and acting as their main point of contact Develop and execute strategies to increase partner engagement and sales performance. Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the channel. Provide ongoing training and support to channel partners to optimise their sales efforts. Monitor and report on partner performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals. Work closely with our channel partners to drive the sourcing of leads within a set of assigned customer targets. Provide support and assistance to the Account Director to navigate the internal processes for negotiating contracts, leveraging legal resources, and working with the pricing team to achieve revenue targets Build a solid understanding of the pricing and channel playbook. Provide standard pricing to partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within each prospect as we navigate the sales cycle with value based selling in the approach Develop a deep and impactful understanding of each customer’s business and identify opportunities to sell additional Bandwidth offerings beyond the initial interest area to a broader strategic level of relationship with the customer. Work with the Account Director to understand and add to the Channel Strategy for targeted accounts Corroborate close dates, forecasted revenue, and revenue timing are accurate and reliable Build the appropriate pipeline for stable and consistent execution against future revenue goals. What You Need: Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or related field 2+ years of sales and business development experience Good working knowledge of the Telecom industry Go-to-Market direct to Wholesale resellers and Enterprise A good understanding of technology-driven customer experience outcomes Additional languages would be a distinct advantage Proficient in the use of internal resources (lead generation, marketing events, industry practices) to identify target accounts and build the required relationship to WIN. Exceptional team building skills as you will work closely with cross-functional teams Excellent presentation skills with the capability of interacting with senior management levels of customers Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills Experience in solution selling, CPaaS, CCaaS, UCaaS, or SaaS services. Experience with Salesforce.com preferred Experience with selling voice and SMS related services Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
