Overview
We are hiring a Global Business Director to lead a high-impact international client partnership at Zenith, part of the Publicis Groupe. This role sits at the heart of our Nomad Foods global account, shaping how media, data and technology come together to drive meaningful growth. You’ll play a key role in connecting markets, inspiring collaboration and delivering work that makes a real difference to brands and consumers across Europe. If you enjoy working across borders, building trusted relationships and elevating global media delivery, this is an exciting opportunity to step into.
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of global media services for Nomad Foods, ensuring consistent excellence across multiple markets
- Build strong, trusted relationships with global stakeholders and act as a key point of contact for client teams
- Guide and support local markets to implement global frameworks, playbooks and best practice approaches
- Oversee operational processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, accurately and to a high standard
- Collaborate with strategy, digital and data teams to deliver integrated, effective media solutions
- Drive continuous improvement across workflows, tools and governance to enhance efficiency and output
- Inspire collaboration across internal teams, supporting and developing colleagues while maintaining high-quality delivery
Qualifications
Skills we're looking for:
- Experience in media, account management or planning roles, with exposure to multi-market or global clients
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholders
- Confidence managing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Solid understanding of digital media, with awareness of broader media channels
- A structured and proactive approach to operations and project management
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities and challenge outputs constructively
- A collaborative mindset and a positive, adaptable approach when working across teams and markets
