🚀 We’re Hiring: Global Campaigns Specialist

📍 Location: London, EC2M

đź’· Rate: ÂŁ33.74 per hour PAYE

📅 Contract: 3 August 2026 – 31 January 2027

A global enterprise technology company is seeking an experienced Global Campaigns Specialist to support the execution of integrated global marketing campaigns.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, project management, and channel activation. You will help translate campaign strategy into scalable processes, accurate data structures, automated marketing programs, consistent tracking, and actionable reporting.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple global workstreams. You will also be a strong relationship builder, able to communicate campaign updates clearly across business partners, stakeholders, and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Technology and Data

  • Design and maintain standardized campaign tracking frameworks, including UTMs, campaign IDs, and campaign hierarchies.
  • Create and manage global and regional Salesforce campaign IDs.
  • Partner with Analytics and Revenue Operations teams to ensure campaign data flows accurately into Salesforce and reporting dashboards.
  • Ensure contacts and leads are associated with the correct campaigns and parent hierarchies.
  • Build campaign programs in Marketo, including segmentation by region, audience, and lifecycle stage.
  • Create and quality-assure email templates, smart campaigns, and follow-up journeys.
  • Schedule and monitor email sends across different time zones and audience preferences.
  • Track campaign delivery, content, and performance metrics to support optimization.

Campaign Management and Coordination

  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for campaign assets and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage detailed campaign timelines, task lists, owners, and deadlines.
  • Proactively follow up with stakeholders, identify blockers, and escalate risks early.
  • Create and manage Workfront requests for campaign execution and localization.
  • Monitor campaign tasks and ensure agreed service levels are met.
  • Track go-live dates across all channels and ensure execution aligns with the campaign plan.
  • Maintain a go-live log and communicate campaign status to leads and stakeholders.
  • Support the communication strategy for sharing campaign updates across global teams.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain a centralized hub for campaign briefs, assets, documentation, and status updates.
  • Ensure campaign documentation is accurate, current, and easy to navigate.
  • Compile cross-channel campaign performance reports.
  • Present standardized campaign overviews covering results, insights, learnings, and recommendations.

Organic Social Coordination

  • Partner with campaign leads and social teams to maintain a global organic social calendar.
  • Coordinate the creation, scheduling, and tracking of campaign-related social posts.
  • Monitor engagement and route questions or comments to the appropriate teams.

Skills and Experience

  • At least four years of experience in B2B marketing operations, campaign execution, or marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo, Workfront, and Salesforce.
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience using workflow and project-management tools such as Workfront, Asana, Jira, or Airtable.
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking, reporting, attribution, and data quality.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships without direct authority.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for process consistency and quality.
