About Us

At Sistema.bio, we firmly believe that the transition to renewable energy, the reduction of global greenhouse gas emissions, and the adoption of regenerative farming are essential to ensuring a thriving world for current and future generations. We empower family farms across Africa, Asia, and Latin America with innovative biodigester and biofertilizer technology, alongside training, customer service, and financing, enabling them to become more independent and productive. Our mission drives action at the intersection of food security, social justice, and climate change.

You have the opportunity to become an integral part of this impactful story!

Your Mission at Sistema.bio

Reporting directly to the Global Finance Director, you will lead a $100M carbon asset financing program to accelerate our growth around the world. You will be responsible for end-to-end management, governance, and strategic development of FarmCarbon, Sistema.bio's climate finance vehicle that channels global capital to farmers through high-integrity carbon assets.

You will lead investor relations with the existing FarmCarbon investors, and work closely with potential new investors on future funding processes. You will bring financial expertise to carbon project development, structuring and management processes, and you will be a key coordinator for carbon activity across the business.

You’ll be in charge of:

  • Running FarmCarbon fund operations, continuously improving standard operating procedures and reporting processes.
  • Managing FarmCarbon investor relations, including ensuring timely, complete and high quality reporting.
  • Supporting fundraising processes through initial structuring, due diligence, negotiations, documentation and close.
  • Owning the FarmCarbon financial model and ensuring it stands up to scrutiny by sophisticated investors.
  • Developing and maintaining financial planning and decision-support tools (project financial models, NPV calculator, risk assessments, etc.).
  • Supporting FarmCarbon commercial contracting including reviewing and structuring ERPAs to align with FarmCarbon requirements.
  • Leading the legal development and structuring of strategic partnerships, implementation agreements, and carbon offtake contracts for FarmCarbon.
  • Coordinating internal carbon team meetings to align on priorities and strategy and sharing key outcomes across the organisation to improve visibility and coordination.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
