Drive Innovation. Deliver Efficiency. Shape Global Cash Strategy.

Global Cash Logistics Manager

We are seeking a Global Cash Logistics Manager to lead and optimise our end-to-end physical cash supply chain across international markets. This role is focused on cash movement, vault operations, ATM servicing, and logistics network optimisation — ensuring cash is in the right place, at the right time, at the lowest possible cost.

This is a hands-on operational leadership role, not a treasury or accounting position. If you bring deep expertise in cash-in-transit (CIT), vault operations, or ATM network logistics, and thrive on improving operational performance at scale, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and optimise the global cash logistics network, including CIT operations, vaults, and ATM replenishment
  • Drive performance across key operational metrics such as service levels, route efficiency, cost per movement, and cash availability
  • Identify and deliver cost reduction initiatives across transportation, fleet utilisation, and cash handling processes
  • Optimise cash inventory levels and replenishment strategies to balance service, cost, and risk
  • Improve routing, scheduling, and logistics planning across regional networks
  • Partner with regional teams to standardise and enhance operational processes in cash handling, processing, and distribution
  • Support implementation and optimisation of logistics and forecasting systems (routing tools, ATM forecasting platforms, dashboards)
  • Drive adoption of data-led decision making across cash operations, including forecasting and performance tracking
  • Act as a global SME for cash logistics, supporting regions and embedding best practice across the network

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
