Role Description

  • You will support the Trading Manager in daily/weekly reporting on category and partner/brand analysis, to help identify ways to drive GMV.
  • Carry out deep dives into Brand and Partner performance including stock, pricing, and on-site execution, and suggesting actions to improve performance.
  • Sharing data and insight with the Marketing, VM, and Business Development teams to drive GMV and conversion.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform trading decisions.
  • Support the Trading Manager to execute the Trading Calendar strategy on site and email by having a good understanding of the brands and products we sell.
  • Reviewing and communicating new stock drops and promotions as they hit the sites.
  • Supporting with onboarding new brands and new products, including checking product detail information (language, description, delivery) is correct.
  • Oversee onsite URL creation and category management.
  • Monitor all territory websites to ensure commerciality, correct product data, and site functionality.
  • Working with the CRM team and Trading Manager to ensure email briefs have the strongest offers and customer journey, maximizing engagement and conversion.
  • Proof CRM emails across all territories for commercial accuracy.
  • Monitor competitor activity and value proposition and highlight any risk or opportunities to business performance.
  • Manage and execute promotional codes (creation, setup, onsite visibility, and tracking).
  • Nominate high-potential SKUs, brands, and categories to affiliates to drive incremental GMV.

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven Analytical and Finance skills for data interpretation, sales reporting, and profitability analysis.
  • Experience with Trading and marketplace operations, particularly in e-commerce or retail environments.
  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and organizational skills to thrive in a remote work setting.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools or software is a plus.
  • Experience or interest in the fashion and retail industry is an advantage, as is experience in international markets.
