As a Global Change Facilitator, you'll be at the centre of these conversations—helping experts benchmark best practice, challenge thinking and co-create industry guidance that delivers meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate engaging workstreams where global subject matter experts collaborate to solve complex problems.
- Create environments where diverse perspectives become shared solutions, ensuring every discussion moves towards clear outcomes and measurable value.
- Facilitate collaborative workstreams from concept through to delivery.
- Guide members to develop publications, benchmarking studies, proof of concepts and industry guidance.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across global biopharma.
- Lead impactful virtual and face-to-face meetings and international events.
- Translate complex technical discussions into practical, accessible outputs.
- Monitor engagement, identify emerging themes and keep workstreams progressing.
- Capture and communicate the value generated through collaboration.

Every piece of work you facilitate has the potential to influence quality strategy across the global biopharmaceutical industry. We're looking for someone who combines scientific understanding with exceptional facilitation skills—someone who enjoys asking great questions, drawing out ideas, creating alignment and helping groups achieve outcomes together.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, CDMOs or consulting.
- Project or change management experience in complex, collaborative environments.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to synthesise complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Confidence facilitating discussions with senior leaders and subject matter experts.
- A collaborative mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
- Comfort working remotely in a fast-paced, evolving organisation.
