The Global Channel Marketing Events Manager
This role is key in planning and delivering our channel events worldwide. We are looking for an experienced channel events professional to lead end-to-end execution of our global channel events. As part of the International Sales Organization (ISO), the ideal candidate should bring strong B2B technology understanding, event management expertise, and the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders. You’ll have a genuine passion for the channel and enjoy collaborating across different geographies.

You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead the logistical execution of key global channel events including Lenovo 360 Circle Summit, Tech Connect Symposiums and GCAB.
- Support the execution of Lenovo 360 Accelerate across brand content workstreams
- Work with the channel alliances team, business groups, corporate event team, geo event teams, the broader channel organization, and third-party agencies to ensure a seamless event delivery.
- Develop event plans, internal comms, and briefing documents.
- Align with communications lead to promote events broadly externally through social and PR
- Manage the budget (Net or alliance) ensuring effective use of funds and POE as needed to meet compliance guidance
- Support other global channel events (offline online) as needed in support of the Lenovo 360 plan execution.
- Develop and track project plans through Monday.com
- Act as an ambassador for global channel marketing working collaboratively and building strong relationships across the Business Groups, Geo Marketing and Channel Teams.
- Work in partnership with the broader ISO Global Channel Team to execute on the Lenovo 360 vision.
- Manage 3rd party agency relationships to maximise performance and successfully achieve plan execution.
- Drive consistency of message and efficiency of process to improve the overall channel execution globally.

You'll Bring
- 5-8 years B2B channel event experience is essential in either a vendor, reseller or distributor in the IT sector.
- Experience of project management including budget management business review processes
- Previous experience of working in a global marketing role preferred.
- Strong team player with experience of working in a globally dispersed matrix organisation.
- Outstanding attention to detail when managing multiple projects with excellent organisation planning skills.
- A flair for event execution with an eye for delivering high quality experiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in managing executive leadership attendance and speakers.
- Outstanding communication (both written verbal) skills.
