Global Charisma Scout – RiseGuide
RiseGuide is an expert-powered self-improvement app designed to help people become the best version of themselves through microlearning inspired by iconic role models. Our lessons cover charisma, cognitive performance, and habit-building, drawing from figures like Michelle Obama, Steve Jobs, Jim Kwik, Barbara Oakley, Kobe Bryant, and Mel Robbins.
We’re launching a new and groundbreaking project—and we’re looking for our first-ever Global Charisma Scout.
The Mission
Over the course of 8 weeks, you’ll travel across eight European cities:
- Rome
- Barcelona
- Lisbon
- Paris
- Dublin
- Athens
- Amsterdam
- Berlin
Your core objective: Experience these cities firsthand, engaging with locals, striking up conversations, and ranking them based on charisma, warmth, openness, and approachability.
This isn’t a traditional travel content creator role—it’s real-life social research. Your findings will shape RiseGuide’s public charisma ranking, guiding users on where they’ll find the easiest connections in Europe.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate conversations in cafés, bars, restaurants, queues, public spaces, and social events.
- Sample conversation starters:
- Chat with 5 strangers at a traditional Roman espresso bar
- Strike up small talk in a Berlin queue
- Engage warmly during a Lisbon dinner date
- Evaluate interactions based on:
- Warmth
- Talkativeness
- Openness
- Ease of connection
- Capture insights and observations to contribute to RiseGuide’s charisma ranking report
- Embody RiseGuide’s ethos—exuding curiosity, confidence, and authentic human connection in every interaction

What We’re Looking For
✅ You’re an outgoing, naturally social person—food for random conversation ✅ Comfortable engaging with strangers as well as self-reliant in new environments ✅ Exceptional communication skills & emotional intelligence—proficient in reading people ✅ Quick cultural & environmental adaptor—thrives in unfamiliar places ✅ Eligible to travel within the EU (ensure you can navigate the region’s requirements) ✅ Willing to live out of a suitcase for 2 months—minimalist and exploratory by nature
