Global Charisma Scout

RiseGuide is an expert-powered self-improvement app for people who want to become the best version of themselves. We build a microlearning product based on the insights and principles of iconic role models. Our users develop charisma through lessons inspired by Michelle Obama and Steve Jobs, improve cognitive performance with frameworks from Jim Kwik and Barbara Oakley, and build better habits using principles from Kobe Bryant and Mel Robbins.

Now we’re launching something completely new.

We are looking for our first-ever Global Charisma Scout—someone who will spend 8 weeks traveling across Europe to explore one question:

Which city in Europe is the easiest place to meet people and talk to strangers?

Cities: Rome. Barcelona. Lisbon. Paris. Dublin. Athens. Amsterdam. Berlin.

Your mission is to experience them all firsthand—meeting people, starting conversations, and ranking each city based on charisma, openness, warmth, and approachability. This is not a traditional travel content creator role—it’s social discovery and research in real life.

About the Role

RiseGuide is hiring its first ever Global Charisma Scout. The job: spend eight weeks traveling across eight European cities, performing research and ranking each city based on criteria provided by our team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
