Overview
What will you be doing?
The Global Client Partner will take a pivotal leadership role at the heart of one of the agency’s most high-profile, integrated client partnerships. You will own the senior client relationships, play a central role across the account and work with a cross-functional team to define, develop and execute new processes and procedures aimed at driving growth for the clients’ business and maintain healthy financials internally.
You will be responsible for shaping and stewarding a long-term growth strategy for the client, working in close collaboration with senior client stakeholders and internal agency leaders to elevate media as a core driver of business performance. You’ll ensure every strand of the agency’s output ladders up to a shared strategic ambition.
Internally, you will be the anchor point for a large cross-functional team — bringing together planners, buyers, strategists, data specialists and operations teams under a single vision. You will mentor senior talent, manage resource and revenue, and ensure seamless delivery across markets and channels. This is both a highly visible and hands-on leadership role, requiring both boardroom presence and delivery rigor.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
