Global Client Solutions Executive
About the Role
As Global Client Solutions Executive, you will grow the business and expand Hopscotch Group’s presence in your market by targeting the Group’s existing local clients and acquiring new strategic accounts (both international and local), in coordination with the Group’s business development teams and local teams.
Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development
- Develop and implement the market’s business development plan in line with the group’s strategy
- Define priority targets (sectors, accounts) based on local expertise and group priorities
- Drive revenue growth within the group’s existing client portfolio
- Identify and acquire new strategic clients (major international accounts and local players)
- Adapt the group’s offering to the specific characteristics and needs of the local market

Prospecting and Client Acquisition
- Implement a multi-channel prospecting strategy tailored to the market
- Develop and activate a network of local influencers and partners
- Use traditional prospecting techniques (phone, trade shows, in-person meetings) and digital techniques (social selling)
- Work with local and global teams on developing winning pitches
Representation and Visibility
- Represent the Hopscotch Group in the market and build its local reputation
- Organise and host visibility events (client breakfasts, webinars, conferences)
- Ensure the Group’s presence at key industry events (trade shows, industry gatherings, awards ceremonies)
- Collaborate with the Group Marketing and Communications Department to adapt sales materials to the local market
- Develop and maintain a network of local influencers

Market Monitoring and Intelligence
- Conduct competitive and sector-specific market monitoring
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and threats
- Share market insights with the International Department and Group teams
- Contribute to the evolution of the product offering based on identified needs
Management, Reporting, and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Update and validate the Group CRM (Pipedrive) on a daily basis
- Provide structured bi-monthly reports to the International Management Team
- Participate in cross-functional sales meetings and represent the market internally
- Collaborate with the Group Business Development teams to maximize synergies with international clients
- Coordinate account management with local and international Account Directors
