Global Client Solutions Executive – Job Description
Hopscotch is an international communications group with offices in 35 countries. With an enviable portfolio of blue-chip clients across multiple sectors and ambitious global expansion plans, we are seeking a Global Client Solutions Executive who will support and grow the business both in the UK and internationally.
MISSIONS
As Global Client Solutions Executive, you will spearhead growth and enhance Hopscotch Group’s market presence by:
Strategic Business Development
- Develop and implement the market-specific business development plan, aligned with the group’s strategy.
- Define priority accounts (sectors, high-value clients) based on local expertise and group priorities.
- Drive revenue growth within the group’s existing client portfolio.
- Identify and acquire new strategic clients, focusing on large international accounts and local players.
- Adapt the group’s offerings to meet local market dynamics and client needs.
Prospecting and Client Acquisition
- Execute a tailored multi-channel prospecting strategy for the local market.
- Build and activate a network of local influencers and partners.
- Utilise traditional prospecting (calls, trade shows, meetings) alongside digital prospecting (social selling).
- Collaborate with local/global teams to develop winning pitches.

Representation and Visibility
- Represent Hopscotch Group and strengthen its presence in the market.
- Organise and host visibility-driven events (client breakfasts, webinars, conferences).
- Ensure active participation in key industry events (trade shows, awards, conferences).
- Work with Group Marketing & Communications to adapt sales materials for local audiences.
- Cultivate and maintain local influencer and partner networks.
Market Monitoring and Intelligence
- Conduct competitive and sectoral market analyses.
- Identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Share insights with the International Department and group teams.
- Contribute to refining services based on identified client needs.
Management, Reporting & Collaboration
- Maintain daily updates and validation of the Group CRM (Pipedrive).
- Provide structured bi-monthly reports to the International Management Team.
- Participate in cross-functional sales meetings and internally represent the market.
- Collaborate with Group Business Development teams to leverage synergies with international clients.
- Coordinate with local and international Account Directors for streamlined account management.

PROFILE
Essential Requirements
- Proven communications agency experience with a strong industry network.
- A track record of identifying leads, pitching, and closing high-value deals.
- Ability to tailor services to meet client-specific marketing objectives.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication for presentations, proposals, and stakeholder interactions.
- Strong multi-tasking skills, with attention to deadlines and project management.
- Profiliciency in interpreting sales data, KPIs, and market research to inform decisions.
- A motivational, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- Legitimate right-to-work status in the UK.
CONDITIONS
- Location: London (office-based 3 days/week, remote working 2 days/week).
- Contract: Full-time, permanent.
- Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience level.
