This is a rare opportunity to sit at the heart of a fast-growing, science-led SPF and skin-wellness brand as it scales across prestige retail in the UK and USA.
The Role
Working directly with the Global Commercial Director, you will own the full commercial journey, from pitching new retailers and shaping deals to coaching Beauty Advisors at the counter. The role is broad, hands-on and high impact, with real autonomy and a clear path into wider commercial leadership.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Building and converting a new business pipeline across retail, distributor, professional and e-tail channels in the UK, US and new international markets
- Creating compelling retailer presentations, commercial proposals and business cases, and leading pitch meetings with buyers and senior stakeholders
- Delivering retail sell-through plans that meet or exceed sales targets, backed by weekly reporting and performance analysis
- Recruiting, training and inspiring Beauty Advisor teams to deliver a best-in-class in-store experience
- Leading engaging education sessions covering product knowledge, brand story, SPF expertise and selling techniques
- Elevating the in-store consultation experience using unique skin-scanner and skin-quiz technology
- Owning new door set-up, visual merchandising, in-store events and trade activation with measurable commercial outcomes
- Preparing buyer-ready commercial reviews, forecasts and joint business plans in partnership with Finance
- Monitoring competitor activity and market trends, feeding sharp commercial insight back to leadership

You are a proven commercial performer with real depth in prestige skincare or beauty. You bring a track record of winning new listings and growing accounts, paired with genuine hands-on retail sales and education experience.
You have established relationships with UK prestige beauty retailers and US retailer connections are a strong advantage too. You’re numerate and analytical, confident shaping deal economics, margin and promotional ROI, with advanced Excel and presentation skills. Above all, you are organised, meticulous and people-strong, with a real passion for skincare and the energy to thrive in a lean, ambitious scale-up where your impact is visible from day one.
Regular travel across the UK, and potentially the USA and beyond is necessary.
