JOB OVERVIEW
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for fragrances and beauty? The Global Commercial Marketing Manager role offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between sales and marketing. You'll lead brand strategies on a global scale, collaborating with markets, while enjoying the fast-paced rhythm of London and travel to exciting destinations.
- Capture the essence of the Brand DNA and plans, and translate it into market plans, monitor evolution and collaborate with brands & markets on improvements / adjustments
- Work hand in hand with Brand Creative team and Brand Leader in installing the brands across markets, with a strong focus in the key markets. Partner with Brand Creative to enhance brand plans
- Develop specific strategies and approach hand in hand with Area Managers and Markets.
This role requires working 4 days from our office in Watford/London and 1 day working from home.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Brand Development
- Collaborative Strategy Crafting: Partner with the Global Brand Team to craft and execute potent global brand strategies, with profitability at the forefront.
- Market Synergy: Transform strategies into actionable blueprints for local market teams, ensuring execution excellence and competitive edge.
- Brand Evolution: Infuse your passion into the brand's vision, playing a pivotal role in its strategic and commercial evolution.
- Relationships as Catalysts: Foster robust connections with distributors, retailers, and area managers, driving market expansion.
- Launch Excellence: Contribute to market-leading launch plans by dissecting proposals and aligning with the global brand team.
- Innovative Insights: Share timely insights and market needs, fueling brand innovation.

Operational Excellence and Reporting
- Tailored Presentations: Create dynamic brand presentations for distributors and retailers, fostering clarity and alignment.
- Timely Communication: Ensure brand information reaches distributors and retailers promptly, fostering transparency.
- Logistical Mastery: Collaborate with operations to supply data and assets for seamless new launches.
- Insightful Analytics: Evaluate media plan feedback and performance indicators, driving data-informed decisions.
- Brand Guardianship: Uphold brand guidelines on online retailers' pages, ensuring uniformity. Lead the creation of comprehensive brand guidelines, trade catalogues, and digital toolkits.
- Commercial and Strategic Data Insights: Compile and present monthly distributor reports, revealing key insights.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Graduate level with ideally business / marketing related degree,
- Minimum 4 years of experience, ideally in sales, buying, or marketing within fashion, beauty, or fragrance.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Eager to learn and proactive in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.
