We're looking for a Global Community Lead to take ownership of WomenWise, our community dedicated to advancing gender equity and empowering women in the workplace.


The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow a global community with real social impact while driving commercial success.

As the Global Community Lead, you'll own the WomenWise strategy, membership proposition, partnerships, events, content, and go-to-market approach. You'll be responsible for growing engagement and revenue while positioning WomenWise as a leading voice in gender equity.


Key Responsibilities

Community & Product Leadership

  • Own and develop the WomenWise product, strategy, and long-term vision.
  • Grow community membership, engagement, and followership.
  • Ensure all content, events, and campaigns align with the WomenWise and TIG Communities strategy.
  • Develop and implement membership products, pricing, and commercial offerings.

Commercial Growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across The IN Group's target markets.
  • Expand existing client relationships across business units and geographies.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and partnerships.
  • Partner with Sigma Labs and Caraffi to deliver consultancy solutions for community members.
  • Work closely with Client Solutions to deliver market-leading client offerings.

Advocacy & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Represent WomenWise at conferences, events, and industry forums.
  • Deliver training and education sessions across the business.
  • Share market insights, trends, and opportunities with key stakeholders.
  • Raise the profile of WomenWise internally and externally.

Impact & Inclusion

  • Partner with the People team to deliver and track impact metrics.
  • Work with the Gender EEG to drive key initiatives and goals.
  • Lead internal event and education strategies.
  • Recruit and engage members across international offices.
  • Contribute to quarterly Impact Board meetings and the annual Impact Report.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience leading communities, memberships, networks, or engagement programmes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience developing revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
  • A passion for diversity, inclusion, and creating meaningful social impact.
  • A collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented mindset.
