We’re Hiring: Global Community & Social Manager - Prediction Market

Looking for someone who can elevate our brand across both social and community—not just manage channels, but shape how traders around the world experience us.

If you live and breathe crypto, understand trader psychology, and know how to turn communities into brand advocates, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and elevate presence across social (X, LinkedIn) and community platforms (Telegram, Discord)
  • Build and execute a global content + community strategy that strengthens brand positioning
  • Drive high-quality conversations, engagement, and sentiment within our communities
  • Turn market narratives, trends, and key moments into brand-building content and discussions
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and BD to align messaging and campaigns globally
  • Develop and refine the brand's voice, tone, and community identity
  • Monitor performance, sentiment, and feedback to continuously improve

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years in social media and/or community management (crypto experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of global crypto communities and trader behavior & sport betting/casino social media management
  • Ability to balance brand storytelling with real-time engagement
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Experience managing Telegram/Discord communities at scale
  • Data-driven with strong instincts for what resonates
