Monkey Shoulder Global Consumer Planning Lead

As Global Consumer Planning Lead, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of Monkey Shoulder by uncovering consumer insights that inspire breakthrough ideas, fuel brand growth and strengthen its connection with drinkers around the world.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Global Monkey Shoulder team.
  • Lead the consumer planning agenda.
  • Identify insights, trends, and opportunities that shape brand priorities across key international markets.
  • Ensure consumer understanding is at the heart of everything the brand creates.
  • Help the team make confident, evidence-based decisions.

  • Naturally curious consumer insights professional.
  • Combine analytical rigor with creative thinking.
  • Experience in turning research and data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in building culturally relevant brands that resonate with consumers and deliver commercial growth.
