Alliance Global Content Delivery Manager
Alliance has recently expanded its Global Marketing function to strengthen its focus on Global Media & Content. This team plays a critical role in supporting regional markets to deliver impactful, high-performing media and content activations through close partnership and strategic alignment.
This will initially be an interim fixed term contract (on payroll) for 6 months so we are looking for an immediate start - Head Office - Chippenham, Wiltshire - Hybrid 2 days a week
The Role
The Global Content Delivery Manager will be central to this mission working closely with markets to define, deliver, and optimise content operation processes. This role supports markets to deliver content faster, through better processes, foundational tech solutions and innovative partners.
This is a high-impact global role offering the opportunity to shape content operations strategy across multiple markets, drive innovation, and influence how content delivers value at scale within a growing and evolving marketing function.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Content Operations
- Partner with Regions to deliver the content plan outlined by the Regional Head of Marketing.
- Support regions with surfacing solutions/opportunities to address content operation challenges.
- Vendor Management (Operational Management)
- Be the point of contact responsible to ensure delivery of content, with a focus on the right partners to delivery timely and within budget.
- Drive the Internal Content Approval Process
- Support marketing in the Legal, Regulatory & Medical approval process by managing the prioritisation and decision making to ensure assets are delivered on time.
- Partner with Medical & Legal/Regulatory for better/innovative process improvements and ways of working to increase capacity and timely delivery.
- Champion Tech Solutions to Improve Content Ops
- Own and champion the use of Asset Hub for content operations workflow, asset approval and storage.
- Be the super user of asset pre-screening tools to support the asset review process.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar content, marketing, or MarComms role within a global or matrix organisation.
- Consumer Healthcare (or other regulated industries) experience is an advantage.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally, both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and regions.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities and an eye for efficiency, scalability, and performance optimisation.
