Job Role: Global Content Innovation Lead
Location: London, UK – Office-based/onsite

Introduction
Neem Consulting is seeking an experienced Global Content Innovation Lead for one of our global FMCG clients.
The Personal Care Global Content Innovation Lead is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and advancing the function’s AI-enabled content ecosystem. This position drives the development and execution of a global content innovation roadmap, enabling scalable, efficient, and future-ready content creation across markets and brands.
Operating within a complex, global stakeholder environment, the role partners closely with cross-functional teams to align strategic priorities, identify emerging innovation opportunities, and lead the successful delivery of transformational initiatives. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with strong execution capabilities, fostering collaboration, influencing diverse stakeholder groups, and driving adoption of new ways of working. Success in this role requires outstanding relationship management, a growth mindset, and the ability to translate complex challenges into impactful, scalable solutions that support long-term business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Agency & Partner Management: Manage external partners and vendors, building trusted relationships while ensuring high standards of delivery, accountability, and performance.
- Tech Strategy & Roadmap Development: Develop and lead the execution of the Personal Care content innovation roadmap, identifying opportunities that drive efficiency, capability growth, and business value.
- Programme Development: Proactively identify new opportunities, challenge existing ways of working, and drive initiatives that expand the scope and impact of the content ecosystem.
- BAU Programme Delivery: Manage the execution of BAU initiatives by exception, ensuring projects are delivered effectively, on time, and against business objectives.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps, translating business objectives into actionable plans that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional relationship-building with experience engaging and aligning diverse stakeholder groups across functions, seniority levels, and external partners.
- Programme Management: Demonstrate experience leading complex programmes or initiatives, balancing multiple priorities while ensuring delivery against objectives.
- Innovation Mindset: Strong curiosity and ability to identify, evaluate, and implement new opportunities, technologies, and ways of working that create business value.
- Partner & Vendor Management: Experience managing external agencies, suppliers, or technology partners, balancing collaboration, accountability, and performance.
- Bias for Action: Self-starter with a proactive approach, strong ownership mentality, and a proven track record of driving initiatives from concept through to execution.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment in complex environments.

Desirable Skills and Experience:
- eCommerce & Digital Content Experience: Experience in eCommerce, digital content creation, content operations, or digital marketing environments.
- FMCG Experience: Understanding of FMCG organisations, global operating models, and the dynamics of working across markets and brands.
- AI & Content Technology Knowledge: Exposure to content technology platforms, automation solutions, or AI-enabled tools used to improve content creation and workflow efficiency.
