Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and qualify international clients (US, EU, Middle East, APAC) for offshore IT staff augmentation services.
- Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closing.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, referrals).
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare estimates and proposals.
- Present company capabilities, case studies, delivery models, and technology expertise.
- Track deals using CRM and maintain accurate reporting of pipeline, forecasts, and conversions.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to enable repeat business and account growth.
- Provide feedback to delivery and management teams regarding market demand, competitive insights, and pricing trends.

Ideal Profile: Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 8 years hands-on experience in offshore/outsourcing sales for software development or IT services.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, tech stacks, project models (Fixed Price, Dedicated Team, Time & Material).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in IT service outsourcing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to independently work with minimal supervision and drive deals from zero to closure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, lead-gen tools, and modern sales prospecting channels.
- Existing network or portfolio of international clients is highly preferred.
