📍Location: Hemel Hempstead
💷Salary: £54,000 - £56,000
⏰Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (hybrid working, 2 days WFH)
Are you ready to take your demand planning career global? 🌍 Join our client, a leading organisation as a Global Demand Planner!
Responsibilities:
- Execute the monthly Demand Planning process to support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) agenda.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver a rolling 18-month demand plan across diverse products, channels, and countries.
- Engage closely with Supply Chain to ensure seamless integration with the Supply Planning process.
- Coordinate ongoing Demand meetings and actively challenge inputs from Sales/Marketing, ensuring adjustments are justified.
- Contribute to the development of demand planning processes while identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
- Create analytics and reports that underpin the demand planning process. 📊
- Adapt processes to cater to New Product Development (NPD), global expansion, tenders, and new sectors.
- Lead cross-functional teams to enhance demand planning and commercial processes.

- Must have extensive IT capability in SAP, Excel, and PowerBI.
- Proven Demand Planning experience.
- Multifunctional experience across departments such as Finance, Supply Chain, or Sales is a plus!
- High-level analytic skills to interpret large data sets.
- A positive, flexible, and can-do attitude that contributes to a collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to transform insights into practical solutions.
- Effective presentation skills for reporting findings to Senior Management.
