We're looking for a Global Demand & Supply Planning Manager to lead and develop a critical function within our Global Procurement & Supply Chain team. This is a strategic leadership role where you'll bring together demand, supply, inventory and capacity planning to ensure our products are available where and when they're needed, while optimising working capital and supporting business growth.

Please note: This is a global role and will require approximately 25% international travel.
We're looking for an experienced planning professional who can combine strategic thinking with strong operational delivery.
You'll ideally have:
- Significant experience within demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, Integrated Business Planning or a similar supply chain leadership role.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, capacity planning and supply chain optimisation.
- A track record of leading cross-functional planning processes and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience driving process improvements, standardisation and system enhancements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven people leadership skills, with the ability to coach, develop and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with ERP and planning systems; JDE experience would be advantageous.
