A Little Bit About Our Team
Warner Classics and its sister label, Erato, represent many of today’s most renowned and vibrant classical artists, such as Abel Selaocoe, Eric Lu, Gautier Capuçon, Fatma Said, and Jakub Jozef Orliński. Our labels boast a deep and historic legacy with legendary figures like Maria Callas, Herbert von Karajan, and Itzhak Perlman, who redefined musical excellence.
The Arts Music division is Warner Music Group’s home for Broadway soundtracks, London Westend musicals, and Children’s Music. Its catalogue includes landmark recordings of Les Misérables, Oliver, and Beetlejuice and it services the recorded music activities of renowned kid’s brands such as Mattel, Sesame Street, and Super Simple Songs.
Based across the US, UK, France, and Germany, our labels consist of teams specializing in A&R, Marketing, Audience, Finance, Operations, Commerce, and Legal Affairs. We think and act like entrepreneurs, and are obsessive music fans who love to turn partners and consumers on to the deep and wide catalog we represent.

Your Role
Reporting to the US-based Associate Director, Streaming, Warner Classics & Arts Music, this position will be primarily responsible for the global revenue development and management of WMG’s classical content on Apple Music and Spotify. Also, this position will provide support for other digital accounts and for Arts Music content.
In this role, you will work directly with both WMG’s content teams and our retail partners to increase the exposure of the Warner Classics & Arts Music artists and catalogue by developing and implementing sales campaigns meant to improve consumption.
Here You’ll Get To
- Collaborate with the Classics Centre team to develop and implement campaigns and strategies for both new releases and catalog priorities across our Classical artists and catalogue
- Where appropriate, partner with WMG’s commerce teams to ensure revenue and market share targets are being achieved
- Execute day-to-day digital account management tasks - primarily for Apple Music and Spotify - including priority submissions and communicating results to the label teams
- Negotiate and agree campaigns, features for priorities and key artists
- Monitor performance of priority submissions, campaigns, and features
- Use data analysis to highlight opportunities across catalogs and demonstrate this insight for additional editorial support and visibility on platforms
- Identify and act on account-owned playlisting opportunities for our priorities
- Support owned playlist curation and keyword optimization initiatives
- Assist with behind the scenes tasks related to our digital retail partners, including but not limited to suspense clearing, product updates, or metadata refresh
- In partnership with the Classics commercial and marketing team, build various sales presentations for retail partners and represent the company at various conferences and business meetings (both internally and externally facing) to promote Classics & Arts Music genres and artists
- Participate in regular account calls and communications in conjunction with the WMG Commerce teams and WMX account managers
About You
- A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
- 3+ years of professional experience in Music or Entertainment, in a sales or marketing capacity
- Eagerness and ability to take on first team leadership
- A natural great teammate who thrives in multinational environments and can work effectively with remote teams and diverse internal departments.
- A proven track record for driving revenue with quantifiable results
- Skilled at interpreting data to guide both the qualitative and quantitative aspects of a campaign.
- Familiarity with today’s digital retail and marketing landscape
- Successfully handle the workload and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to seamlessly work with both creative and business-oriented colleagues and partners
- A consistently positive, up-beat, and solution-oriented demeanor, with the flexibility to implement immediately when opportunities arise
- The ability/flexibility, in accordance with corporately accepted & approved safety measures, to attend events, sometimes after traditional business hours
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours when necessary
- Previous experience working within digital retail, the streaming space, or data analytics
- Familiarity and a passion for the Classical genre
- Established contacts at major digital music platforms
