A leading network media agency is looking for a Global Digital Manager to join a high-profile international client team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple European markets, helping shape digital strategy, improve campaign effectiveness, and drive best practice across a large-scale, global business.

Working closely with senior digital leadership, strategy teams, and activation specialists, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting global strategy with local market execution.

As Global Digital Manager, you'll support the development and implementation of digital strategies across multiple European markets, ensuring campaigns are delivered consistently while allowing for local market nuances.

You'll work closely with global planning teams, local market teams, and a centralized activation hub to improve processes, encourage adoption of best practice, and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and rollout of global digital strategies across multiple markets.
  • Work with planning and activation teams to ensure effective campaign delivery.
  • Manage strategic digital workstreams, including testing frameworks and platform partnerships.
  • Drive measurement, reporting, and optimization across key digital performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with centralized activation teams to ensure campaigns align with global strategy while reflecting local market requirements.
  • Improve operational processes and governance across international teams.
  • Build strong relationships with local market stakeholders, providing guidance and support on digital best practice.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams across digital projects.

Your profile:

The team are looking for someone with experience in digital media planning and activation who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on project management.

  • Minimum two years' experience in digital media planning and / or activation.
  • Strong understanding of media measurement, research, and analytics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational ability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for digital media, innovation, and continuous improvement.
