Our Global Digital team is seeking an experienced digital media professional to shape best-in-class digital strategies and media/data solutions for international clients. You will work holistically across technology, governance, campaign execution, and global/local teams to harmonise communication, drive insights, and bridge the gap between digital creativity and client needs.

This role focuses on cross-functional execution, data leadership, and client partnership. You will:
- Advise clients—translating technical jargon into actionable strategy—while providing localised, global consistency through centralised insights and workflows.
- Ensure timely issue resolution, process optimisation, and training across teams and clients.
- Foster expertise exchange with regional and global partners to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Lieutenant Leadership
- Engage clients, colleagues, and ad tech/media partners to refine strategy and execution.
- Partner with global/local activation and client teams across Havas media, advertising, and digital units.
Strategy & Integration
- Lead global priority projects to measurable success.
- Define holistic digital/media/data frameworks that prioritise consumer decision-making while balancing offline integration.
- Governance & Quality: Oversee platform usage, reporting, and insight generation to ensure high-performance campaigns.
- Driven by insights, advise on evolving digital approaches to align with clients’ evolving objectives.
Execution & Enhancement
- Collaborate across globalicional teams to harmonise creative and operational alignment.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues, working iteratively between teams to resolve technical hurdles.
Knowledge & Growth
- Guide training sessions for terminology and workflow with clients of varying digital literacy.
- Drive innovation by proposing process improvements to existing digital systems.
Essential Requirements
Experience
- 5+ years in digital media, spécialling within ad tech (e.g. GMP platforms, client enablement).
- Proven track record crafting and executing high-impact commercial campaigns with platform technology.
- Advanced expertise in data types (first-party arrays, hidden metrics) and audiences across public exchange environments.
- Recognition for delivering full-funnel strategies, understanding engagement ROI and consumer dynamics.
- Ability to strategically position data activities within the broader marketing/mmedia ecosystem.
