Digital Media Professionals Manager – Global Digital Team

About the Role

Havas Media Group, one of the world’s largest global communications groups operating in over 100 countries, is seeking an experienced digital media professional to join their Global Digital team. You will develop a best-in-class approach to digital media and data for international clients, overseeing technology and processes, collaborating with global, regional, and local teams to deliver aligned digital strategies and governance, and acting as a trusted client-facing partner in simplifying complex digital and data insights.

This role demands technical expertise, stakeholder management, and a challenger brand mentality, ensuring seamless communication between creative, media, and data teams while fostering innovation and consumer-centric decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

Work across multidisciplinary teams to:

  • Develop and execute digital strategies that respect the integration of offline and digital channels
  • Liaise with clients, colleagues, and key ad tech and media partners globally
  • Manage high-priority projects from inception to completion, ensuring measurable outcomes
  • Guide trading platforms on data-driven reporting and insights
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure systematic adherence to client processes
  • Translate complex digital information effectively—whether for technical experts or complete novices
  • Advocate for process optimisation and assist in team/client training
  • Collaborate across business units (e.g., Havas Creative, Havas Health) to align objectives
  • Share best-in-class learning with global/local teams

Skills & Experience

Technical & Industry-Specific

  • Proven expertise in digital media and ad tech ecosystems, with deep knowledge of GMP (Google Media Plane)
  • Strong experience in data-driven campaign optimisation (e.g., attribution modelling, audience segmentations)
  • Ability to analyse and synthesise data to generate actionable insights
  • Hands-on knowledge of trading platforms (e.g., Google, Microsoft Advertiser, Amazon Ads Data Hub)
  • Track record of designing creative digital solutions that align with brand objectives
  • Balanced perspective on onunciated and offline synergy when strategising
