Job Summary
We seek an experienced digital media professional to join our Global Digital team, focusing on developing a best-in-class digital strategy and data approach for international clients.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Lead technology and process development for clients, collaborating closely with global, regional, and local teams.
- Provide digital governance and tactical guidance across international campaigns.
- Ensure issues/queries are resolved proactively, aligning solutions with campaign objectives and client processes.
- Manage and align global/local teams of specialists to create cohesive communication strategies, facilitating best-practice sharing.
- Shape innovative digital strategies that integrate consumer decision-making and respect the role of offline media.
- Serve as a trusted client liaison, translating complex digital/data insights into clear communication for stakeholders with varying expertise levels (from novices to experts).
- Share process improvements and lead training initiatives for teams and clients.

Core Accountabilities
- Client Relations: Liaise with clients, internal teams, and ad-tech/media partners.
- Project Leadership: Champion global projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality measurability.
- Data Guidance: Direct use of trading platform data for insight and reporting.
- Talent Development: Guide/upskill internal and external teams on digital best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Proficiency
✅ Extensive experience in digital media platforms, particularly GMP (Global Media Platforms) ✅ Proven success in:
- Developing creative digital strategies
- Leveraging trading platforms/data (auction environments, DMPs, etc.)
- Mapping target audience data across markets ✅ Ability to balance digital trends within the broader media/communication landscape
Soft Skills & Competencies
- Tech-savvy with a drive to stay updated on industry advancements
- Strong project management skills; can prioritise multiple initiatives
- Decisive problem-solver, able to:
- Push solutions forward with conviction
- Adapt processes based on client needs
- Excellent communicator: Translates technical jargon into clear, digestible verbiage
- Resilience: Willing to tackle difficult tasks for high-impact outcomes
