About the Role

To manage all day-to-day aspects of a client portfolio, this will include the following:

  • Conducting arrival and departure meetings with international assignees.
  • Reviewing UK tax returns and dealing with any queries arising.
  • Managing modified expatriate payrolls, gross up calculations, and the year-end process.
  • Strong Financial management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide a high level of client service.
  • Manage and coach junior members of the team to ensure a high standard of client delivery.
  • To be the primary contact point for both the corporate clients and the individual expatriates.
  • Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical/business driven approach.
  • Manage risk appropriately for both clients and the firm.
  • Deliver advisory work on your portfolio and assist more senior members of the team with specific advisory projects.

To take a leading role in growing the Global Mobility practice with particular focus in London and the South East.

  • Assisting in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and targets in the region.
  • Extensive networking with colleagues in the wider tax teams.
  • Working on tenders and delivering proposals.
