About the Role
To manage all day-to-day aspects of a client portfolio, this will include the following:
- Conducting arrival and departure meetings with international assignees.
- Reviewing UK tax returns and dealing with any queries arising.
- Managing modified expatriate payrolls, gross up calculations, and the year-end process.
- Strong Financial management.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide a high level of client service.
- Manage and coach junior members of the team to ensure a high standard of client delivery.
- To be the primary contact point for both the corporate clients and the individual expatriates.
- Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical/business driven approach.
- Manage risk appropriately for both clients and the firm.
- Deliver advisory work on your portfolio and assist more senior members of the team with specific advisory projects.

What We Are Looking For
To take a leading role in growing the Global Mobility practice with particular focus in London and the South East.
- Assisting in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.
- Building strong relationships with clients and targets in the region.
- Extensive networking with colleagues in the wider tax teams.
- Working on tenders and delivering proposals.
