Location: Brunel University of London, Uxbridge Campus
Salary: Grade 6 from: £34,588 to £39,144 inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £41,292 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting, through sustained exceptional contribution.

We are seeking an organised, proactive and internationally minded Global Engagement Coordinator to join our Global Engagement Office (GEO). This role will support the delivery of the University's international strategy and contribute to the development of global partnerships, student mobility opportunities, summer schools, and engagement with our worldwide community.

As Global Engagement Coordinator, you will provide administrative and logistical support across the GEO, working closely with the Partnerships, Student Mobility, and Alumni & Development teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating summer school activities
- Supporting partnership approval processes and databases
- Arranging committees
- Organising inward and outward international visits
You will also undertake market research and liaise with external organisations and international partners to support the University's global engagement objectives.
Requirements:
- Organised and proactive professional with substantial experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes to agreed deadlines
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience of working with a diverse range of stakeholders from different cultures and backgrounds
- Proficient at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a proficient user of databases
- High level of attention to detail, confidence in managing data and producing reports
- Flexible, collaborative and diplomatic approach
